Tapestry will be offering internship opportunities which will provide interns the opportunity to develop critical skillsets and gain hands-on experience at our house of modern luxury lifestyle brands.
The 2023 Internship Program will run from May 30th - August 4th. Paid internship opportunities will be available at each of our brands (Coach, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman) and within our Tapestry functional groups. Our internship compensation rate is $20/hour, and our program is hybrid in structure.

Job Title: Marketing Intern (Creative Studio - Concept)
Primary Purpose: Graphic Design - Brand
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in graphic design to...• Learn skills related to graphic design in an in-house creative studio environment including elements for print and digital design-marketing collateral, packaging, signage, PR initiatives, emails, digital banners, branding guidelines, etc.-that elevate and support Coach and Tapestry.• Assist brainstorming innovative ideas, researching photography (pulling references), building creative decks, and uncovering fresh creative talent for campaign concepts, with a focus on outside-in and Gen-Z focused content.
• Increase experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator to create files, layouts, and type.
• Learn to understand marketing briefs, and how to approach building concepts that cover-off on marketing objectives, target desired audiences, and produce content/assets for all brand channels (site, email, in-store, social). • Pull competitive swipe and inspiration related to specific projects.• Partner with art directors on print and digital production, seeing projects from concept to completion.• Learn to work with and support a design team,and share creative ideas with the team.
The accomplished individual will possess...• Graphic design skills and basic understanding of layout, typography, brand identity, and web design.
• Strong knowledge of culture (music, film, fashion, trends), and interest in photography, and strong knowledge of social media.
• Experience working in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
An outstanding professional will have...• Candidate from a design/art program is preferred.• Understanding of print and digital design• Motivated communicator and a selfless team player.• Photography skills are a plus.• Knowledge of current animation and video trends.• Experience working for a retail/fashion brand or ad agency is a plus.• Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus.
