Overview
You'll be joining a small team and working directly with our Managing and General Partners, portfolio companies, and investors. These include many of the biggest crypto companies and protocols, world-renowned PE and VC investors, and founders of large public tech and finance companies. You'll be part of a highly collaborative global team of partners, with an exclusive focus on mid-stage venture capital and growth equity.

You should be passionate about crypto, fintech, and technology while being comfortable with flexible and entrepreneurial work environments, and looking to rapidly accelerate your career in investing.

Functional Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and field new investment opportunities
  • Conduct relevant business and financial analysis, valuation, modeling, deal structuring and due diligence support
  • Conduct and discuss relevant industry and market research and analysis
  • Provide high-touch support to portfolio companies post-investment
  • Opportunity for research, publishing, and media

Requirements
  • 1-4 years of experience in Private Equity, Growth Equity, VC, Investment Management, Consulting, and/or Investment Banking
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for slicing and dicing data, and an ability to think critically about how things work on the ground
  • Some expertise in one or more of the following areas relevant to crypto: Math, Cryptography, Finance, Econ, CS, Engineering, Philosophy, Social Sciences
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, pattern recognition, and project management skills, with equally exceptional work ethic
  • Self-accountability and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work full-time from our New York office
  • Ability to interact across cultures and businesses
  • Passion for blockchain, fintech and technology
  • Strong ethical code

Preferred
  • Prior investment experience in crypto companies, fintech, or tech
  • High (but open-minded and flexible) conviction around your own ideas
  • Familiarity with relevant crypto tools and forums (e.g., know your way around Crypto Twitter, Dune Analytics, navigating Etherscan contracts)
  • Intrinsically motivated to learn about all forms of relevant data
  • Strong network within fintech, technology and crypto

Note: The general salary range for this role is $180k-250k, although we will pay commensurate to experience.
