POSITION SUMMARY

B Capital is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to help drive operational excellence within our IR team. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and hands-on experience in venture capital IR. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing critical IR operations including quarterly updates, due diligence support and data management. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with strong project management skills, quantitative aptitude and the ability to manage a lot of moving pieces.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help organize and maintain our fundraising infrastructure, including dataroom management, due diligence materials and investor documentation (PPMs, DDQs, pitch materials)
  • Drive the accuracy and efficiency of our investor CRM database, implementing and maintaining accuracy through extensive quality control processes
  • Help prepare investor materials, including marketing decks, quarterly letters, limited partner advisory committee decks, etc.
  • Partner with investment, finance, and legal teams to triage and respond to investor queries and due diligence requests with precision and speed
  • Support the planning and execution of investor events, including the Annual General Meeting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, accounting, placement agent, investor relations or fund operations (startup or high-growth company experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to quickly master new technologies and processes
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and demonstrates a strong interest in the venture capital/technology space
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience in DealCloud CRM is highly desired
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage projects effectively across multiple initiatives
  • Effective team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, across multiple offices and time zones
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and results-driven

The salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 and will commensurate according to relevant experiences.

Salary range applies to New York candidates only. The actual salary may subject to change.
