What you’ll do

  • Support the Head of Investor Relations and the Head of Capital Formation on business development and investor relations efforts.
  • Manage the investor CRM / pipeline and subscription processes, including overseeing monthly closes and maintaining data across multiple platforms.
  • Facilitate investor due diligence on our funds, strategies and borrower markets and questions on our subscription process.
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting and Operations on reporting, data and fund operations to ensure processes are efficient and timely.
  • Lead logistics for marketing, including investor conferences, bespoke Setpoint events and other programmatic outreach activities.
  • Help craft and communicate the Setpoint Capital story to prospective and current investors, including developing and maintaining marketing materials and other external communications.
  • Participate in the design and launch of any new funds.

You should have

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in investor relations, structured credit, investment banking or a finance-related role.
  • A bias toward action, including the ability to push projects forward with minimal supervision, and bring an ownership mentality to their work.
  • Superior organization and time-management.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, real estate or alternative asset management is a plus.
  • Desire to be an integral part of a high growth, entrepreneurial investment firm.
  • Ideally located in New York. Will also consider candidates in Austin. Both locations are hybrid.

Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's skills, experience, location, and other qualifications.
