The Investor Relations team is a high energy group that is responsible for raising funds from external investors to support the firm’s capital management plan and for maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s existing investors. We are the first point of contact for investors and also interact with senior management, internal teams, and external partners such as the administrator, data providers, and consultants. Our team members are based in Stamford and New York, with frequent interaction with the firm’s offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo.

What you'll do

  • Lead coordination and scheduling of monthly and quarterly investor update meetings, including managing calendars, booking conference rooms, and organizing meeting logistics
  • Assist with planning and execution of investor onsite visits, including meeting room setup, catering orders, and coordination with internal teams
  • Take notes during investor meetings, enter summaries into the investor relationship database, and flag follow up items for the team
  • Support investor communications by helping draft the team’s weekly recap and coordinating follow‑ups with investors and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate investor and prospective investor contact records across internal trackers and platforms, monitoring for updates and changes
  • Partner with associates to update, watermark, and distribute Legal and Compliance approved investor‑facing materials and statistics
  • Support administration of the investor data portal, including adding prospective investors and posting updated materials
  • Book travel and submit team expenses for reimbursement in line with firm policies
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks to support the team’s day-to-day operations

What's required

  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Ability to represent the firm and its management with integrity, credibility, and poise, both internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and willingness to put in the time and effort needed to support team and firm goals
  • Strong process and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000-$125,000 (USD) , which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
