About the role:

Client Success at iCapital comprises four distinct business units: Investor Relations, Enterprise Integration, Client Operations and Reporting, and Fund Finance. These units work together within a single vertical to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services. This internship will primarily involve interaction with the Investor Relations team, but interns will also have the opportunity to engage with individuals from other departments and gain insights into each distinct area.

Our approach is to anticipate clients' challenges and questions, providing proactive solutions and answers. The teams focus on customer support, addressing inquiries, and collaborating to resolve issues efficiently. As one of the largest departments within iCapital, Client Success plays a critical role in ensuring our clients' success.

  • Participate in project-based work integral to communicating and servicing investors and clients.
  • Leverage internal platform and applications such as Salesforce and Fresh Desk Salesforce and Fresh Desk systems for business solutions.
  • Assist with data reviews and reconciliations to increase team efficiency.

  • Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities

Eligibility:

  • A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
  • Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship
  • Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $41.00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
