Description:
Digitain is looking for an IT Monitoring Specialist, the ideal candidate should monitor and administrate production systems daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns. As well as assist all teams and provide high-level production support, coordinate with IT, development and ensure effective services for reaching reliability of all systems.
The job is shift based and includes morning, evening and night shifts (is a must).
Responsibilities:
- Perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs
- Automate daily routines production monitoring tasks
- Develop and produce production services guides
- Prioritize workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions
- Setup internal and external monitoring for production system
Requirements:
- At least one-year professional experience in IT Monitoring
- Experience in iGaming sphere will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS
- Knowledge of Virtualization (ESXI, Hyper-V) will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of web servers such as IIS, Apache or Nginx
- Knowledge of Monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes containerized system will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge one of scripting languages, PowerShell, Bash, Python will be considered as a plus
