WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide white-glove technology support and advice to our Executive Management team
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across PCs, laptops, mobile devices, software, and video conferencing solutions with patience and empathy
  • Advise on current technology and corporate policies with practical recommendations
  • Manage expectations clearly and professionally during incidents and service requests
  • Coordinate with local, off-site, and global technology service providers to maintain excellent service standards
  • Develop written project plans for new technology initiatives
  • Provide rotational 24/7 on-call support and travel domestically and internationally as needed

WHAT'S REQUIRED

  • Minimum of four years of experience in a client service, desktop support, or technical support role
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a concentration in technology, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience supporting investment professionals in the financial industry
  • Knowledge of market data and electronic trading platforms, including Bloomberg and Neovest
  • Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and Splunk
  • Proficiency supporting PCs, laptops, video conferencing solutions, software, and mobile devices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and remediate complex issues, perform root cause analyses, and recommend actions to reduce future risk
  • Ability to identify urgent issues based on business impact while maintaining composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Inquisitive mindset and desire to learn and work with new technologies

The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000-$170,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
