Job Description
What's on the menu?
We are seeking a talented intern to join our IT PPM team, focusing on developing insightful dashboards using PowerBI. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in project execution, financial analytics and data visualization within the context of OPEX and CAPEX costs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the IT PPM team to understand KPI's for both OPEX and CAPEX that will assist in IT Leadership decision making i.e. Budget vs. Actual vs. Forecast
  • Develop and design interactive dashboards using PowerBI to present key performance indicators, project status, and financial metrics
  • Ensure project management, accuracy and relevance of data visualizations, providing stakeholders with actionable insights for decision-making
  • Contribute to the enhancement of analytical tools for both OPEX and CAPEX and methodologies to optimize data reporting processes
  • Assist in documenting the development process and provide training support to team members
  • Enhance amortization process for current and following years consolidating all zones for analysis by Zone CFOs and IT Leadership
  • Assisting with ad-hoc requests

Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, Management, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Proficient in PowerBI or similar with a strong understanding of data visualization principles
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive attitude with a keen interest in learning and contributing to a dynamic team
  • Basic understanding of project execution, OPEX costs, and CAPEX concepts is a plus
  • Intermediate Excel skills are essential

What we offer you
Program start date: July 2025.
Duration: 6 months.
Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.
Location: Amsterdam.
This is a hybrid position, you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
