  • Coordinate the integration of the PMS with related systems such as billing, HR, CRM, reporting, and data management platforms.
  • Drive the transition to a modern DMS, improving document workflows, security, and compliance.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful user adoption and sustained benefit realization.

Essential Experience

  • Strong track record delivering enterprise finance system or ERP programmes within mid-to-large organizations.
  • Experience implementing Practice Management Systems (e.g. Elite 3E, Aderant Expert, or similar) and delivering transformation across finance, billing, and operational functions.
  • Background in document management system implementations across complex or regulated environments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple third-party vendors across technical and business-facing workstreams.
  • Understanding of integration design between finance platforms and enterprise systems such as HR, CRM, and reporting tools.

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or comparable cloud-based ERP platforms would be beneficial.
  • Experience in programme delivery within legal, consulting, or professional services sectors.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence/reporting (e.g. Power BI), master data management, and data warehouse environments.
  • Knowledge of legacy system decommissioning and modernization planning.

Skills & Competencies

  • Enterprise finance systems, time/billing workflows, and integration
  • Change management, communications, and training leadership
  • RAID management, vendor oversight, budget control
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Qualifications

  • PRINCE2, MSP, or PMP certified.
  • Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related discipline.
