As the Senior Financial Analyst for our HMNO Wireless Business, you will serve as the central engine for our financial reporting and strategic analysis. - Assign numerical and financial values to essential business functions to assess and compare performance over time
- Develop sophisticated financial presentations for upper management, offering data-driven recommendations to drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Continuously develop and refine reporting capabilities to monitor performance and identify untapped improvement opportunities
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 4-6+ years of experience in financial analysis, consolidation or corporate FP&A
- Experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry is a significant plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel (complex modeling, macros, and data visualization)
- Proficiency in OneStream, SmartView, Essbase, or similar enterprise-grade consolidation and reporting tools
- A rational, curious mindset with outstanding problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; must be able to summarize complex financial concepts into easy-to-follow materials for senior executives
- Ability to quickly grasp the full wireless business model (HMNO) and align financial reporting with overarching company goals
