What You'll Be Doing

The IT Sr. Project Manager is responsible for driving maturity and continuous improvement. The PM is required to communicate with both internal departments and third party vendors as needed. Additionally, the PM is responsible for prioritizing projects collaboratively with corporate leadership.

What We're Looking For
  • Work closely with business units, technology teams, and entitlements teams to ensure business requirements are met while following best practices.
  • Evaluate the firm's current posture and spearhead enhancements to policies, processes, and tools.
  • Document the strategy and capture key milestones as improvements are implemented.
  • Champion the program, ensuring that business partners understand the importance of sound practices to support their business initiatives.
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking the progress of all related projects.
  • Function as the liaison between other departments and third party vendors with respect to projects and processes.
  • Research changes and developments within the industry.
  • Provide high level decisions with respect to projects and other work related items.
What You'll Bring
  • Expertise in information security and identity management best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make presentations to audiences including senior management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze existing capabilities and emerging trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external clients.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business or technical field
  • Minimum Required: 10+ years' related experience in Information Technology

  • Minimum Required: None
Systems & Technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Compensation RangeSalary: USD $110,600.00/Yr. - USD $165,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
