Role Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated IT intern to join our dynamic team. The IT Support Intern will assist the IT team in providing technical support for a mixed Mac and Windows environment, A/V conference room support, IT operations maintenance, hardware imaging, and handling technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong organization and problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in learning and growing within the IT field. 

Key Responsibilities: 

IT Support: Learn and assist in diagnosing Apple, Windows, iOS, A/V, and video conferencing hardware and software issues. Provide customer service while improving time management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. 

IT Hardware Maintenance:  

• Assist with imaging and re-imaging devices, including proper configuration and deployment. 

• A/ V installations and conference room maintenance 

• Office wire management and IT organizational efforts 

Documentation: 

• Document technical problems and solutions in our ticket system.  

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, system documentation, and process manuals to ensure clear and accurate records of all procedures. 

Project Management: 

• IT Closet Organization Project 

• E-Waste and Equipment Recycling Project 

• Perform other IT duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program. 

• Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and IT networking principles.  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Elite-level organizational skills 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 

• Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. 

• Ability to lift 40lbs
