Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Familiar with EDI, bar coding & scanning systems, private networking (IPsec, PPTP, L2TP), firewalls, routers and switch configuration/programming knowledge
• Strong networking experience/background including routers, switches, WiFi, etc., Microsoft products, Windows Server 2012 and above and active directory.
• CAT 5 Network wiring and standards.
• Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relations.
• Must communicate well and have good organizational skills
• Proven team player
• Proven self-starter
• Able to resolve user problems on a timely basis
• Able to prepare, read, write and interpret reports, instructions, procedures and business correspondence.
• Able to clearly and effectively respond to questions from management, employees, suppliers and customers.
• Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Able to work flexible hours to be available to three shifts
• Distinguish between primary colors

Physical Demands:

• Involves some physical activity, which generally requires a moderate amount of exertion on an occasional basis. Involves lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to distinguish between basic shades of color.

Work/Environment Conditions:

• Air-conditioned environment with frequent exposure to factory environment.

• Manufacturing plant with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety:

• Support and comply with all IATF16949 & ISO14001 procedures and work instructions.
• Support a safe and healthful work environment that is free of recognized hazards for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Cooperate with all local, state, and federal agencies, such as OSHA or the EPA, in the event of an inspection.
• Know and follow all applicable EH&S Policies and Procedures.
