Barstool Sports is seeking an ItGirl Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship will immerse you in the fast-paced world of It Girl, providing hands-on experience across various aspects of production, assisting on multiple projects simultaneously, and supporting content creation. You’ll play a hands-on role in growing the brand and contributing to one of our most dynamic and influential shows.

This internship runs from May 26 to August 28 and is based 100% in our New York office.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in the production of ItGirl, including setting up the studio, managing live broadcast logistics, and supporting the creative process behind each episode.
  • Clip and edit key moments across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube), optimizing content for viral reach and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the social team to grow It Girl’s online presence, brainstorming and executing content ideas that resonate with its dedicated fanbase.
  • Support post-production workflows, including light audio editing, creating graphics, and preparing content for publishing.
  • Assist with branding and sponsorship integrations to ensure smooth execution of brand partnerships across episodes and social content.
  • Help execute the production aspect of live events and activations aligned with the It Girl brand.
  • Work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, in-office, with flexibility for live events and occasional weekend coverage as needed.
What You Have
  • A strong interest in pop culture, social media trends, and the ItGirl brand.
  • Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar) and experience creating short-form social content.
  • An understanding of podcast production, including basic audio editing and publishing workflows.
  • Creative thinking skills with the ability to develop content that aligns with the It Girl voice and audience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
