Client is looking for a Java/API developer for a project with a client in the Pay-TV industry. This is a very strategic project for Client, as they are working on a new logo for their customer. They will be working in a big data environment and will be doing back-end Java development. Having Hadoop and Amazon technologies (Cloud, Redshift, AWS) experience would be extremely helpful since the customer utilizes them. 

Must Have:

- 5+ years of Java development experience

- Strong API development experience

- Experience customer-facing 

- Good communication skills are imperative 

Plusses: (he said this would be the perfect person)

- Hadoop experience 

- Previous Amazon experience (TiVo runs Amazon Cloud)
