About Sent

Sent is an infrastructure for sending A2P messages across SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS through a single unified API. Our intelligent routing model automates channel selection based on deliverability and cost, ensuring lower cost and global reach without any channel-specific integrations.

We recently closed a $12M Series A backed by Companyon Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, UIF, and others. We're hiring to build the best infrastructure to replace multi-channel messaging stacks.

The Role

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to design and build the systems that power our go-to-market motion. You'll sit between sales, marketing, and customer success, turning manual, repetitive work into automated workflows and giving our team leverage they didn't have before. You'll own our GTM stack end to end: what we buy, what we build, how it all connects, and the information we execute on.

This is a high-ownership, early-stage role for someone who has done this before. You've worked in RevOps, go-to-market, or engineering, you've shipped real automations, and you're excited to build the operational backbone of a fast-growing company with a lot of autonomy and very little red tape.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain automated GTM workflows across prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, outbound sequencing, and handoffs from marketing to sales

  • Own our GTM tech stack: CRM, enrichment, outbound, and marketing automation tools, including integrations, administration, and vendor evaluation

  • Prototype and ship internal tools, scripts, and AI-powered workflows that give AEs and SDRs back time to sell

  • Design and document GTM processes such as lead lifecycle stages, deal stage definitions, and renewal and expansion workflows

  • Keep our CRM trustworthy: clean data, accurate pipeline, and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline, conversion, and attribution

  • Partner with the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing to find funnel bottlenecks and fix them with process or tooling changes

  • Build playbooks, training docs, and access workflows to onboard new GTM hires quickly

  • Run ad hoc projects as needed: territory and comp modeling, TAM/SAM sizing, and competitive research

What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, GTM engineering, sales ops, or a similar technical GTM role, ideally at a startup

  • Always-on mindset: You’re reachable outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends, when something breaks or a deal is time-sensitive. Our GTM systems are on 24/7 and so are our customers, so you’ll be the person who keeps them running.

  • A builder mentality: you default to automating things, you've shipped workflows or tools that people actually use, and you'd rather build a fix than file a ticket

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and GTM tooling such as enrichment, sequencing, and marketing automation

  • Experience with workflow and automation tools (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar) and comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting

  • Systems thinking: you can see how a lead moves through the whole funnel and spot where it breaks

  • Clear written communication: you can document a process so someone else can follow it without asking questions

  • High agency: you find what's broken, flag it, and ideally fix it before anyone asks

  • Based in NYC

Nice to Have
  • Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered GTM workflows, such as agents for prospect research, lead scoring, or outbound personalization

  • Proficiency in a scripting language (Python or JavaScript) and comfort building lightweight internal tools or API integrations

  • Experience with usage-based or product-led SaaS models, including usage signals, expansion triggers, and PLG-to-sales handoffs

  • Familiarity with SQL or BI tools for reporting and analysis

  • Background selling to or supporting developers, or genuine interest in the API, developer tools, or messaging/CPaaS space

Our Commitment to You
  • Meaningful equity with high growth potential

  • Comp flexibility depending on experience

  • Top-tier medical, dental, and vision, fully covered

  • 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Beautiful NYC workspace with daily meals and unlimited snacks

  • New MacBook Pro and Apple Studio Display

  • Wellhub Gold or Equinox stipend
