Assist the recruiting team with full lifecycle recruiting tasks, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate information in the ATS.

Premium Technology Inc. is a financial, software/product development and information technology firm located in the heart of the New York City Financial District. Our focus is providing supply chain finance software solutions to a variety of banking clients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support recruiting team with Full Lifecycle Recruiting.
- Source and pipeline potential candidates by using a multichannel approach (Job boards, LinkedIn, Monster..)
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers; create job descriptions based on hiring manager’s needs
- Prescreening and prequalifying candidates properly
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates; maintaining a respectable image of the company
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Updating candidate’s information by using internal ATS
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Psychology
- Outstanding communication skills!!!
- Must be a go-getter, can’t be afraid to get on the phones or meet candidates in person!
- Must have an interest in finance and technology – Fast Learner!
- Ability to speak in Chinese is highly preferred
