Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join the Converse team at G-III. This role will support the management and growth of key wholesale accounts while partnering closely with senior sales leadership. The position offers exposure to account strategy, sales analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in wholesale or sales, is highly organized, analytical, and eager to take on increased ownership within a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Vice President of Sales in managing and growing key wholesale accounts
  • Assist in developing and executing seasonal selling strategies and account plans
  • Prepare for and participate in buyer meetings, including product presentations and assortment planning
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Maintain and update account lists, profiles, and PO logs; oversee wholesale calendar execution
  • Coordinate NY market appointments and assist in showroom setup and merchandising
  • Manage seasonal order entry, confirmations, and ensure accurate and timely shipment tracking
  • Partner with Logistics and Operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and strong client communication
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams for in-store events, performance tracking, and initiatives
  • Oversee sample management, including showroom organization and tracking requests

  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
  • Strong communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and external partners
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Passionate about fashion, retail, and the Converse brand

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in wholesale, sales, or account management (fashion/apparel preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

The pay range for this position is: $65,000 – $72,000 per year ($31.25 - $34.61/hour)
