potential on-site work at the Pentagon or other Government facilities (15%
on-site, 85% remote)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized
Junior Analyst to support the FMS-1.1 team, with a focus on communications and
executive-level support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing,
editing, and visual communication skills and be capable of translating complex
discussions into professional documentation and presentations. This role
involves frequent interaction with high-ranking Navy civilian leadership and
requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and comfort
navigating fast-paced, executive environments.

government in strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems
modernization, and enterprise transformation efforts.
What You Will Do
- Provide high-level support to
Navy senior leadership and governance boards through polished written
products and briefings.
- Draft meeting summaries, talking
points, memos, and executive communications with clarity and accuracy.
- Participate in recurring
stakeholder meetings to capture detailed notes, identify key takeaways,
and track action items to completion.
- Develop visually engaging
PowerPoint presentations to support Navy financial system modernization
and strategic planning efforts.
- Collaborate with functional and
technical teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in all communications.
- Support content version control
and internal quality reviews to maintain consistency across deliverables.
General Responsibilities
- Synthesize technical and
programmatic content into plain, professional language suitable for senior
leadership audiences.
- Assist with the creation and
review of reports, briefings, and communications aligned with Navy
standards and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate across multiple
stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables for executive support
materials.
Specifics (Junior Level Analyst)
- Capture, organize, and
communicate key discussion points from meetings.
- Create polished PowerPoint
presentations that effectively communicate data, strategy, and updates to
leadership.
- Provide editorial support for
briefing materials, ensuring grammar, tone, and branding are consistent
with Navy expectations.
- Engage in project coordination
and light administrative tasks to support overall team performance.
Qualifications
Junior Analyst Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in communications,
executive support, or program coordination roles.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may
substitute for the degree requirement).
Skills:
- Strong written communication and
editorial skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple
priorities with precision and professionalism.
- Comfort working with senior
leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Navy or DoD
environments, governance processes, and financial systems is a plus but
not required.
