This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a strong foundation in data, analytics, and healthcare marketing within an agency environment. You’ll support the team by executing core analytical tasks, pulling and interpreting data, and contributing to reporting and insights across client work.

You’ll play a critical role in helping the team deliver high-quality, data-driven outputs, owning your work from day one while learning how analytics, strategy, media, and creative come together to drive impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn data into clear, meaningful narratives that help clients understand what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next

  • Support the development of marketing and communications insights across channels, including digital, social, and campaign performance

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategy

  • Contribute to client-ready reports and presentations, translating complex information into concise, engaging takeaways

  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as strategy, media, and creative to ensure analytics is connected to broader campaign goals

  • Monitor and evaluate performance across campaigns, helping identify what is working and where there is room to improve

  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and frameworks that make data more accessible and actionable

  • Stay curious and continuously explore new tools, methodologies, and ways to elevate how data is used in marketing and communications

  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams, delivering high-quality outputs while building confidence and independence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business, communications, healthcare, or a related field

  • 0 to 2 years of experience, including internships, coursework, or project work

  • Strong interest in healthcare, pharma, or med tech, with a desire to learn how marketing drives impact in these spaces

  • Curiosity-driven mindset with a genuine interest in turning data into insights and stories

  • Ability to communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats to analytical and non-analytical audiences

  • Comfort working with data in Excel, including organizing datasets, performing basic analysis, and identifying trends

  • Exposure to analytics or reporting tools such as social, digital, or web analytics platforms is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple deadlines

  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
