As a Junior Client Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting client relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

You’ll work closely with Campaign and Strategy teams to make sure clients feel supported, creators are happy, and deliverables run like clockwork. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with early experience in influencer marketing, content production, or client-facing roles who’s eager to grow in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

📞 Client & Internal Communication

  • Support day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely updates and smooth collaboration.

  • Join client calls, take clear notes, and follow up on next steps.

  • Work cross-functionally with Campaign, Strategy, and Creator teams to maintain aligned communication.

🗂️ Campaign Coordination & Delivery

  • Help track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals.

  • Ensure internal systems, documents, and assets are always up to date.

  • Flag risks early and keep teams informed so delivery stays on track.

📊 Performance & Reporting Support

  • Collaborate with the Data team to compile campaign results and insights.

  • Contribute to wrap reports highlighting key outcomes and learnings.

💡 Process & Quality Support

  • Spot opportunities to improve client satisfaction, communication flow, or delivery processes.

  • Uphold Kyra’s quality standards and values in every project.

What You Bring

Early Client or Campaign Experience
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creative account management (agency or brand-side).
