The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, an eye for trends, and a passion for visual communication across social, digital, and traditional platforms. This is a hands-on opportunity to collaborate closely with our PR, digital, and creative teams while building a diverse portfolio of work in a fast-paced agency setting.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Strategize & Creative Execution:

  • Concept and film videos for social media, digital ads, and web services.
  • Support senior content creators in developing integrated campaign visuals and storytelling across multiple social platforms.
  • Create or concept video assets for various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all client deliverables.
  • Assist with video editing along with associated creative requests from both internal and external teams, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Collaboration & Campaign Support:

  • Partner with PR and digital teams to bring creative videos to life for client launches, events, and activations.
  • Support brainstorms and creative ideation for integrated campaigns.
  • Help develop video concepts for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and paid ads.
  • Stay informed on current design trends, pop culture moments, and emerging digital formats.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all projects.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide creative input to elevate campaign storytelling.

Here’s what you have:

  • S./B.A. in Communications, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of social media experience (agency or internship experience preferred).
  • Experience in formal video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Filmora, or similar).
  • Understanding of social media design best practices and platform specs.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills.
  • Positive, flexible attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Passion for video content, pop culture, and creative trends in the social and digital space.

Why you’ll love working here:

  • Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits & wellness programs including partnership with ClassPass!
  • Flexible PTO
  • Summer Fridays and Winter, Spring, and Fall Fridays too!
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility and work-life balance
  • Expanded parental leave and family planning support
  • Continuous learning through “5W University” and development initiatives
  • Student Loan Reimbursement
  • Professional Development Support
  • Exclusive access to season tickets for pro sports teams along with Broadway shows, and more!
