Partner with the best   

As Junior Control Software Engineer, you will be involved in Control algorithms and software development for Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine driven Compressor and Generator applications, Electric Motors, Reciprocating Compressors and Turboexpanders. You will work on activities relevant to Control Systems either for Customer projects or standardization tasks and validation of the relevant solution.

As a Junior Control Software Engineer, you will take part in:

  • Developing Control System Software according to technical specifications including software coding, validation, and verification, to guarantee the overall control systems quality before site commissioning
  • Analyzing systematic and timely nonconformities (NCM/CCM) and attending technical meetings with Project Team, Customers and Supplier
  • Creating and maintaining Control SW Libraries, fostering Control Systems Continuous Improvement process, implementing Lesson Learn (LL) and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Supporting New Product and New Technology introduction in the market, participating as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews

Please note that this is a Temporary position of 12 months with the possibility to be converted in Permanent.

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a MSc. in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic, Telecommunication or Automation Engineering
  • Be proficient in industrial PLC programming languages and configuration tools. Sound knowledge of main industrial network communication protocols and standards and on control system algorithms design and dynamic systems models design.
  • Display knowledge of Advanced Controls Techniques with focus on Model based Control
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Be able to work in multi-cultural team and willing to travel worldwide up to 10% of the time for short customer meetings and/or site/test bed support
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English.
