Overview:

The Jr Copy Coordinator is an integral part of our progressive, and rapidly growing, ecommerce business.  This person will be responsible for the organization and cataloguing of copy documents and references, while also executing copy operations for CK.com. In addition, the Copy Coordinator will maintain and update PDP and SEO copy across the site as needed to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Copy operations

  • Coordinate the collection and documentation of features & benefits for each season’s styles
  • Perform website copy + filter QA on a weekly basis
  • Monitor and adjust copy discrepancies and inconsistencies called out in reviews or customer service feedback
  • Edit PDP copy to align with reshoots due to stock discrepancies
  • Organize and upload romance and bullet copy for PDPs
  • Attach filters to new styles during copy upload.

Copywriting

  • Partner with the copywriter to have consistent alignment of the tone and voice of CK.com
  • Work with the copywriter to write SEO copy for categories across the site
  • Monitor and maintain the Launch Tracker daily.  Write and upload copy for any outstanding styles in a timely manner
  • Support the copywriter in developing and revising copy points for the Wholesale teams
  • Be able to write clear and concise copy for the PDP

Decision Making:

This position requires the employee to make timely judgement calls on appropriate use of the English language when writing copy for the site, and the ability to quickly identify and act when something should change. The coordinator will work closely with the Copywriter to ensure priorities are aligned, and when working independently, the employee should have the ability to quickly pivot and restructure priorities to address any urgent business needs.

Resourcefulness/Creativity:

The world of E-Commerce is ever-evolving and can change quickly. The right candidate will be able to evolve and flex to a fluctuating workload and consistently newer processes and programs.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

  • 1 year experience copywriting in a paid role, un-paid internship or similar environment
  • Experience creating copy to support a luxury brand or product story across digital components (e-mail, social media, banners, product copy, digital headlines and features) is preferred.

Skills

  • Must be able to read and write English fluently
  • Content Management Systems knowledge is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel recommended
  • Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail in written and oral communications is essential.

Pay Range:$52,500---$75,900

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
