Location: On-site in Scottsdale, Arizona

Seniority Level: Intern to Junior

Industry: AI and Healthcare SaaS

Employment Type: Full-time

Mission

Transform the way patients and providers communicate through intelligent, data-driven systems.

2025 Goal

About Peerlogic

Peerlogic is redefining front office operations for dental and veterinary practices. Our conversational AI assistant, Aimee, turns every call into a revenue opportunity. We are building the most intelligent patient engagement platform in healthcare—and we’re looking for builders who want to help ship high-impact product features powered by data.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Junior Data Scientist to join our multi-agent systems and product analytics team. This is a product-oriented role—not research-focused—where you’ll build features, monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and collaborate with engineering in an agile, fast-paced environment. You’ll use data to improve how our AI agents work and scale across thousands of practices.

What You Will Own

• Build and enhance product features based on LangGraph multi-agent orchestration

• Monitor system performance and behavior in production

• Investigate and triage bugs or regressions through data analysis

• Recommend improvements and automation opportunities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers in an agile product team

• Focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions that impact real users

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred

• Equivalent hands-on experience in applied analytics or data-driven product work also considered

• Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, seaborn, matplotlib); working knowledge of SQL

• Comfortable working with production data, debugging with metrics, and making actionable recommendations

• Experience with agile development and cross-functional collaboration

• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or AI orchestration tools is a plus

• Exceptional communication and a bias toward execution and product delivery

Why Peerlogic

• Work on real features that ship into production and improve patient experiences

• In-office mentorship, fast feedback loops, and close collaboration with senior talent

• Competitive compensation and equity

• Defined salary progression at 3, 6, and 12 months
