The Junior Financial Controller will manage A/P and A/R processes, perform G/L analysis, handle monthly closings, prepare financial statements, coordinate payroll processing, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting operations, with a focus on financial reporting, monthly closings, and general ledger analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes
- Perform General Ledger (G/L) analysis
- Handle monthly closings and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
- Oversee or coordinate payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Experience in freight forwarding is helpful but not required
- CargoWise software experience is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
