We are growing our Global Business Services in Philippines and therefore we are looking for finance professionals to join our newly established team as Junior FP&A Analyst, who will be a member of FP&A centralized team in our Global Manila Hub. You will be in charge of performing FP&A transactions as indicated below.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of periodic reports for group purposes
- Preparation of management reports
- Extract data for Financial Reporting
- Validate and control checks of submitted data
- Support the local country team in preparation of analytical tasks and ad-hoc data
- Participate in the implementation of new procedures
- Work to identify opportunities for automation or standardization
- Copy best practices from co-workers and share new methods identified
- Performance of tasks against agreed Service Levels and Metrics
- Maintenance of process documentation
Expectations
- 1 – 3 years of experience working on similar position in FP&A or any other relevant field, like reporting or accounting
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of BI tools an advantage
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- High analytical skills and strong understanding of finance business processes
- Knowledge of SAP and AFO (Analysis for Office) is an asset
- Ability to cooperate as part of larger team
