Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join 5W’s Creative team. As a key member of the department, you’ll support the development and execution of visual content across multiple client accounts and agency initiatives — playing an essential role in shaping brand storytelling through design.

The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, an eye for trends, and a passion for visual communication across social, digital, and traditional platforms. This is a hands-on opportunity to collaborate closely with our PR, digital, and creative teams while building a diverse portfolio of work in a fast-paced agency setting.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Design & Creative Execution:

• Concept and design assets for social media, digital ads, websites, presentations, and client materials.
• Support senior designers in developing integrated campaign visuals across multiple platforms.
• Create, resize, and optimize assets for various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all client deliverables.
• Assist with internal and external creative requests, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Prepare design files for production and vendor delivery when needed.

Collaboration & Campaign Support:

• Partner with PR and digital teams to bring creative concepts to life for client launches, events, and activations.
• Support brainstorms and creative ideation for integrated campaigns.
• Help develop visuals for media kits, influencer programs, and agency marketing materials.
• Stay informed on current design trends, pop culture moments, and emerging digital formats.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all projects.
• Participate in team meetings and provide creative input to elevate campaign storytelling.

Here’s what you have:

• B.S./B.A. in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of design experience (agency or internship experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Understanding of social media design best practices and platform specs.
• Filming, video editing and animation knowledge is a plus.
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
• Positive, flexible attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Passion for design, pop culture, and creative trends in the social and digital space.
