Department OverviewJunior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and emerging professional to join our team as a Junior HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be a key player within the Central Europe & Southern Africa HR team, with a primary focus on driving HR excellence and operational stability within Germany.
Job Description
In this role, you will grow into the role to be a HR anchor for our German operations. You will manage the dual challenge of mastering high-level strategic advisory while ensuring the "nuts and bolts" of HR operations and German compliance are executed with precision.
You are responsible for the entire employee journey—from sophisticated onboarding and contract management to complex offboarding processes.
You will simultaneously manage day-to-day administrative "deep dives" and high-level strategic questions. There is no "too small" or "too big" in this role.
You will advise managers on performance management, team development, and organizational design, growing your impact as you integrate into the Motorola Solutions culture.
You will be an important point of contact for the Works Council (Betriebsrat), support negotiations, work on relevant adjustments related to law changes and policies, e.g. data protection and ensuring a professional, trust-based collaboration.
You will support HR-related audits (e.g., Wage Tax) and stay ahead of changes in German labor law to ensure 100% compliance.
As a key representative of the HR team in Germany, you provide the stable, reliable presence needed for our employees and managers on the ground.

Change & Resilience: A strong mindset for change is essential. You are adaptable, remain stable during transitions, and view organizational evolution as an opportunity to grow.
Solution-Oriented & Transparent: You are known for your honesty, transparency and willingess for cooperation. You don't just identify problems; you proactively communicate them and bring creative, compliant solutions to the table.
