StoryTagger is a user-generated mobile video tool created by LearnerLab, a communications consultancy which helps global organisations build progressive learning cultures.  

Launched successfully in 2018, we already have a fantastic roster of corporate and higher education customers from EDF Energy to University of East Anglia.

A small team that has been punching above its weight, we’re now looking to expand to drive our next phase of growth.

Job Description

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing mobile video tech start up at the beginning of its journey in the dynamic learning technology industry. Talented, ambitious and curious you’ll be part of an expanding team who want to make a difference.

As our first Sales Development Representative, you’ll develop and execute calling and email campaigns to qualify sales-ready leads and help prospective customers understand how StoryTagger can support their business. You’ll support our trial process, manage our demo calendar and CRM responding to first-line queries with relevant, value-led information. Shadowing one of our Co-Founders you’ll quickly be coached to run short product demos and progress leads along the pipeline.     

We want someone who is keen to grow and develop with our business. You’ll also work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to make this happen.

Skills

You will have:

·       Minimum 6 months’ experience of being successful in an SDR role

·       Confident with excellent communications skills across different media – written, verbal and video

·       Excellent understanding of digital technologies

·       Active listening ability

·       Ability to discover needs and personalise response  

·       Knowledge and / or interest in sector

·       Able to build effective relationships and rapport with customers and internal team

·       Passionate about learning and keeping up with industry trends

·       Attentive to detail and can keep excellent records

·       Keen and able to create better processes as well as follow them
