Junior Software Engineer

You’ll touch every part of the stack and learn how to build systems that scale to millions of users. This isn’t a “ticket taker” job — you’ll be writing real production code from day one.

• Build and ship features across our frontend dashboards and backend APIs.

• Work with massive data streams that track millions of web events daily.

• Help train and integrate AI models that suggest and test website improvements.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable systems and best practices.

• Prototype fast, test constantly, and learn how to turn ideas into shipped features in days.

• This role is about learning through impact — the more you contribute, the faster you’ll grow.

• 0–3 years of experience building web applications.

• Comfortable with Python, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Node, Flask, etc.).

• Strong computer science fundamentals (or equivalent practical experience).

• Excited about AI, experimentation, and startups.

• Hungry to learn, unafraid to ask questions, and eager to ship.

• Startup experience.

• Experience playing with LLMs, ML models, or data pipelines.

• A non-trivial portfolio, GitHub, or side projects you’re proud of.
