Job Title: Executive Business Partner / Chief of Staff

BASE SALARY: $145,000 - $165,000 per year + 15% annual bonus

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Strategic Executive Support:

  • Project Managing critical and time-sensitive business initiatives with multi-functional stakeholders
  • Coordinating Executive Committee, Leadership and CEO meeting agendas and coordinating follow-up workstreams with various stakeholders.
  • Conducting internal and external research on key topics, including government relations agenda-setting, key business insights.
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
  • Ensure accurate, efficient and smooth administrative support (emails, mail, contacts, phone, admin, budget)
  • Maintain and manage complex calendar and lead and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Work with Office Coordinator to create agendas and book all travel, domestic and international (in coordination with various stakeholders), and manage expenses
  • Global and local intracompany Executive leadership coordination on behalf of President (for projects, community engagement, and executive market visits)
  • Organizational savvy and diplomacy: advanced capability in navigating complex dynamics within a company, including its culture, power structures, decision-making processes, and key relationships, to effectively achieve goals and influence outcomes while maintaining ethical conduct
  • Ad hoc projects assigned, aligned with the executive’s objectives applying business judgment to assess and execute on key priorities
  • Exhibit discretion at its highest standard is required

Community Relations and Event Planning:

  • Community relations: Organization, relationship management support and project management of the President’s community relations presence on behalf of Kering
  • Support executive with by building and maintaining relationships to ensure effective communication, anticipating the needs and proactively execute on action items
  • Manage community relations projects and initiatives, ensuring they are on time and on budget

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 7 years' experience as a Chief of Staff, or Executive Business Partner, or Project Manager in a multinational company
  • Organizational savvy and diplomacy: advanced capability in navigating complex dynamics within a company, including its culture, power structures, decision-making processes, and key relationships, to effectively achieve goals and influence outcomes while maintaining ethical conduct
  • High level of technical knowledge, computer skills, social media and administrative tools to solve problems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, social media platforms etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to establish trust and respect with all levels of employees
  • Must be able to take accountability for own actions and maintain complete discretion and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail is required; must be extremely well organized and structured
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work with urgency, total accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to anticipate needs and provide the highest quality of service
  • Previous Project Management experience a plus
  • Fluency in French and/or Italian a plus
