What you will do

As Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across our Petrol & Convenience, Big W, and New Business channels. Building trusted partnerships with key customers, you'll identify new growth opportunities, develop customer strategies, and deliver strong commercial results. As the primary liaison for your accounts, you'll leverage customer insights, market intelligence, and financial analysis to influence decisions and create value for both our customers and the business.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Responsible for hitting sales targets for customers within Petrol & Convenience, Mass and New Business channels.
• Build relationships with key decision makers for new and established accounts.
• Prepare formal proposals and leads negotiations.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Establish execution plans.
• Analyze customer business opportunities and threats and designs plans to capitalize on them.
• Identify opportunities for field sales force to secure sales.
• Identify and establish new customers for Kenvue.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Business/Accounting or a related discipline
• Ideally with at least 2 years of experience in a Field, Key Account, Category, Marketing role

• Creative problem solver with the ability to draw insights from multiple data sets

• Strong financial acumen with excellent analytical & problem-solving ability

• Be insight-driven to uncover unmet needs (demonstrate a keen eye toward customer and shopper trends and potential unmet needs)

• Strong presentation, negotiation and selling skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive approach to networking and building relationships
