About the role

The Key Account Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in account management, sales strategy, and business development.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.

Stay informed about industry trends, product advancements, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
