Catbird is looking for experienced Key Holders to join our retail team in NYC. As a Key Holder, you will be a leader on our store team assisting with the store operations and supervision of staff.

Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming and helpful buying experience for our customers
- Weld Catbird’s forever jewelry line onto our customers
- Maintain Catbird’s high quality standards and consistency despite fast paced environment and repetitiveness of work.
- Assisting managers to receive, price, display, clean, and maintain inventory throughout the store.
- Assists with supervising and training Sales Associates/Zappers
- Open and closes store and is a point person on processes and procedures.
- Assist sales associates with various customer service issues (i.e. dissatisfied customer, returns, defective merchandise) and have the capacity to know when to step in an escalated situation gracefully.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Retail leadership experience required
- Ability to prioritize during busy time
- Flexible in regards to both scheduling and location
- Jewelry experience a plus
- Looking for someone who understands that customer service is the MOST important thing.
- Someone who is nice, friendly, easy to get along with and has a good measure of common sense.
