This is a remote position.
Great companies don't just hire talented people—they make it easy for everyone to learn, improve, and succeed.
We're looking for a leader who can turn knowledge into a competitive advantage.
If you're passionate about capturing expertise, designing learning systems, and helping organizations scale without losing what they know, this could be the role for you.
This isn't a traditional Learning & Development role.
You'll work with leaders across the business to build the systems, playbooks, onboarding experiences, and knowledge resources that help teams perform consistently and grow with confidence.
Design and lead the company's knowledge management and learning systems
Build scalable onboarding programs, playbooks, SOPs, and learning pathways
Capture expertise from leaders and subject matter experts before it's lost
Create knowledge systems that make information easy to find, understand, and apply
Improve how teams learn, collaborate, and share best practices
Use AI and modern learning tools to make knowledge creation and access faster and more effective
Help leaders build a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has built learning systems—not just training materials.
You may be a great fit if you've:
Designed onboarding, knowledge management, or organizational learning programs
Built playbooks, SOPs, documentation, or learning resources used across multiple teams
Worked closely with business leaders to capture and organize institutional knowledge
Improved employee performance through better learning experiences and knowledge sharing
Led learning, instructional design, knowledge management, or organizational development initiatives
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Knowledge base platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Notion
AI-assisted content creation and knowledge management tools
Instructional design, curriculum development, or adult learning principles
Fast-growing or multi-location organizations
Love bringing structure to complex information
Think in systems rather than individual documents
Enjoy helping others learn and succeed
Ask "How do we make this repeatable?" instead of solving the same problem twice
Believe great organizations learn faster than their competitors
BenefitsWhy Join Us?
You'll help build one of the company's most valuable long-term assets—its knowledge.
Your work will influence how quickly new hires become productive, how consistently teams perform, and how effectively the organization captures and shares what it learns.
If you want to build something that will shape the company for years to come, we'd love to meet you.
