Our Investment Professional Engagement (IPE) team is dedicated to helping our investment professionals build durable careers and become better investors. Working in close partnership with teams across the Fundamental Equities business, IPE builds capabilities at the intersection of talent cultivation and technology by creating and delivering content and training, driving adoption of the firm's tools, and supporting the long-term career progression of our investment talent.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with coaches and other subject matter experts across Fundamental Equities management to turn their ideas, frameworks, and methods into clear, practical content for investment professionals
  • Create stock case studies based on realistic long/short investment setups, distilling complex situations into rigorous, teachable materials without losing the nuance that makes them useful
  • Develop and maintain a library of investment frameworks, research guides, templates, checklists, worked examples, and other resources that reflect how fundamental research is done at the desk
  • Keep materials current as markets, companies, research approaches, and analyst workflows evolve, while maintaining consistent standards for quality and usability
  • Partner with technology and AI teams to translate approved tools into practical research applications and coaching content that can make workflows more effective
  • Collaborate with Compliance on the appropriate use of live tickers, third-party data, proprietary information, and AI tools in created materials
  • Support content roadmaps for various teams by identifying gaps, anticipating new needs, and helping prioritize and deliver the materials that will have the greatest impact
  • Build strong relationships across investment, coaching, technology, and Fundamental Equities management teams to align perspectives and drive projects forward

What’s required

  • 3+ years of experience as a fundamental long/short equities analyst at a hedge fund
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong command of fundamental investment research, including variant perception, earnings and valuation analysis, catalysts, risk-reward assessment, and thesis monitoring
  • Ability to identify materials and tools for investment professionals that are credible, relevant, and useful at the desk
  • Working understanding of AI tools, including large language models, agentic workflows, and document-retrieval systems, and how they support the fundamental research process
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, accessible language and turn direction into plans that build alignment across stakeholders
  • Proven success managing multiple assignments, prioritizing effectively, and consistently producing high-quality work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and sound judgement when working with proprietary or sensitive information
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$225,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
