Labcorp Employer Services (LES) is seeking a customer-focused, results-driven Key Account (Sales) Executive to support and grow employer relationships throughout the New England and Mid-Atlantic states: CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT, NJ, NY, PA, DE, and MD.

Remote, work-from-home opportunity!

This role is focused on managing and growing an existing book of business through account management, customer retention, and consultative sales of occupational testing and employee wellness solutions. Unlike the traditional field-based KAE role, this position does not require regular in-person customer visits. It's an excellent opportunity for Inside Sales Representatives who enjoy remote client engagement and are interested in expanding their skills in account management, relationship building, and business growth. Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 USD annual

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

Variable Compensation:

The position is also eligible for commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan.  Commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan. 

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of employer accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with HR leaders, benefits administrators, occupational health professionals, and business decision-makers.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive organic growth within existing accounts.
  • Deliver customer presentations, business reviews, and educational sessions highlighting LES solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customer needs, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with operations, implementation, and customer support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate accountancy, opportunities, and customer records within Salesforce CRM.
  • Meet and exceed assigned retention, revenue, and territory growth goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a book of business, customer portfolio, territory, or account base with demonstrated success in customer retention and growth.
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare, occupational testing and employee wellness, diagnostics, laboratory services, employer services, pharmaceutical and medical device
  • 1+ year of experience utilizing Salesforce or another CRM platform to manage customer relationships and opportunities.

Additional Job Standards

  • Must reside in CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT, NJ, NY, PA, DE, and MD.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for applicable conventions, etc. within reasonable driving distance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, retain customers, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience presenting solutions, conducting customer reviews, and engaging with business decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success identifying upsell opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Strong customer relationship management and account retention skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend value-based solutions.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while balancing account management and territory growth responsibilities.
