An established outpatient healthcare practice is seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to provide behavioral health support and counseling services to patients in a professional clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
We are currently looking to hire multiple providers, and part-time positions are also available.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and behavioral health evaluations
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Assist patients with coping strategies, emotional support, and crisis intervention
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Connect patients with community resources and support services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active LMSW or LMHC license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of behavioral health documentation and compliance standards
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin
