As a Lead Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. You will report directly to our Director of Sales and you’ll work in the United States on a fully remote work schedule, plus 50% travel.

In this role, you will impact the company significantly. By effectively managing and growing key accounts, you will drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's overall financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the tier-one retail space, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting and outreach.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 6 years of Tier-one retail account management, business development or sales experience
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience selling scan, print, mobility, voice, hardware/software products and services

PAY EQUITY 

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $117,250 - $146,730.  For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is$117,250 - $146,730. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
