Joining Moxxi means becoming part of a growing start-up in the heart of NYC, where you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your career, expand your skill set, and shape the future of performance marketing.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Lead AI Product Manager to own vision, strategy, and execution for our AdTech and MediaTech applications, and to help drive the AI-native workflows that power how we build and operate.

On the product side, you'll own our ad serving capabilities, audience and user journey management, data pipeline, AI-powered automations and optimizations, and more. You'll partner daily with the CPO (line manager), CEO, Head of Engineering, and President, acting as the connective tissue between business goals and engineering execution.

On the process side, you'll play a meaningful role in evolving how the company works with AI. That means contributing to decisions about how operators interact with data through AI, how engineering workflows incorporate agentic tooling, and how the product development cycle itself continues to improve.

Your mandate is to unlock step-function scale by anticipating business and consumer needs through data, deep understanding of our customers, and key business KPIs (e.g., LTV, ROAS), translating those learnings into leverageable platform capabilities. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with uncapped room for growth, built for a senior product thinker who combines technical depth with commercial intuition, data-driven economics, and fluency in AI-native product development.

What You'll Drive

Product Strategy and Delivery

  • Define the north star for platform product strategy across user journey engineering, media management, ad serving, audience segmentation, modeling, analytics, identity, and AI-driven optimization and automation. Socialize it through crisp narratives.
  • Immerse yourself in data, user journeys, and operator workflows to surface high-leverage features that multiply throughput, monetization, margin, or velocity.
  • Own the roadmap. Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing new capabilities with scalability, reliability, compliance, and tech debt reduction.
  • Craft strategy documents, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Shepherd features through design, build, launch, and iteration, measuring ROI obsessively.
  • Build models, design experiments, and leverage advanced SQL/BI tooling to quantify opportunity size, pricing, unit economics, and success metrics.

AI-Native Product Development

  • Use AI tools (Claude, Lovable, and similar) to prototype features, pressure-test workflows, and validate product direction before engineering begins.
  • Leverage AI throughout the product development lifecycle: drafting and refining specs, exploring edge cases, and accelerating iteration on requirements.
  • Partner closely with engineering as they build using agentic coding workflows. Understand how specification quality, codebase conventions, and prompt patterns affect engineering throughput and output quality.
  • Contribute to the evolution of AI-native workflows across the organization: how operators access and analyze data, how engineering processes incorporate agentic tools, and how the product development cycle itself improves over time.

Partnership and Alignment

  • Translate commercial outcomes into technical requirements, manage trade-offs, and promote high-quality delivery through close product-engineering collaboration.
  • Inspire and align leadership, growth, monetization, and legal teams. Champion platform capabilities internally and externally.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years total experience with 3+ years shipping technical or platform products as a Product Manager.
  • Demonstrated success owning complex, high-throughput systems, ideally in AdTech, MarTech, digital publishing, data infrastructure, or similarly demanding domains.
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools. You've used LLMs, agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), or AI prototyping platforms (Lovable, v0, Replit) to prototype, draft, analyze, or build, whether professionally or on your own projects. You don't need to have worked in a fully AI-native environment before, but you need real experience and the drive to operate this way every day.
  • Fluency in system design concepts (APIs, microservices, event streaming, databases) and enough depth to earn trust with senior engineers.
  • Advanced analytical and economic reasoning: experimentation frameworks, cohort/causal analysis, pricing and ROI modeling. Able to wield data to influence direction.
  • Track record of proactively uncovering scale opportunities and translating ambiguous business goals into product strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication: concise writing, compelling storytelling, and confidence presenting to executives and customers alike.
  • Start-up DNA: bias for action, low ego, willingness to roll up sleeves and operate with limited resources. Comfort operating in a high-pace, always-on, real-time business.
Bonus Points
  • Degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a quantitative field.
  • Prior experience monetizing consumer traffic via advertising.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent frameworks.
  • Exposure to real-time decisioning, reinforcement learning, or ad serving.
How We Work
  • Bias for results. We value outcomes over output.
  • Autonomy with accountability. You'll own problems end-to-end while staying tightly aligned with leadership.
  • Build fast, learn faster. We prototype with AI, test with real users, and iterate.
  • Radical candor. Feedback is given early and often. Ideas win on merit.
  • Product and engineering partnership. Great products come from close collaboration, with great ideas coming from anyone.
