Your Impact
The Lead Analyst - Marketplace Compliance will oversees marketplace compliance operations, guide complex investigations, improve enforcement processes, and support the development of policies that protect customers, sellers, and the platform. This candidate will take on ad hoc strategic projects and analyses, as required by leadership, to create new functionality or provide functionality for specified workstream. Key partners for this role will include other digital commerce teams, Legal, Trust & Safety, and other Marketplace Teams.

What You Will Do• Tracks and shares performance of digital commerce workstream at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including proactively identifying opportunities and risks based on performance indicators• Partners with business leaders to define OKR targets, and tracks progress and actions towards those goals.• Identify marketplace risk trends and translate findings into process improvements, policy recommendations, and operational controls. • Develop and improve compliance workflows, review procedures, enforcement standards, and escalation paths. • Leads projects related to the development and improvement of assigned digital business area• Prioritizes reporting that is needed by the business, defines reporting requirements, and partners with the relevant teams to build necessary reports• Present to key stakeholders on project/campaign strategies and insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activities
• Support training, onboarding, coaching, and knowledge-sharing for compliance analysts and cross-functional partners.
• Help define quality assurance standards, audit processes, and performance metrics for the compliance function.
• Contribute to marketplace policy updates and ensure enforcement teams understand and apply policies consistently.
Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Operations or relevant field.• 6-7 yrs Experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations.
Preferred Skills/Education:• Experience in a corporate setting
