The RoleAdaptive is hiring a Lead, Brand and Marketing Design: a product-minded visual storyteller who will bring our brand to life across every marketing, sales, and digital surface. You’ll be the force responsible for crafting and maintaining a world-class design system for everything from website visuals to event booths, banner ads, product animations, and sales collateral.
Your job is to take the Adaptive brand and plaster it across the world - in a way that’s beautiful, consistent, and conversion-optimized. This role is about more than aesthetics - it’s about clear communication, repeatable systems, and designing assets that scale growth. You’ll report to our Head of Marketing, and work with executives, designers, Webflow developer, and sales team to make sure Adaptive looks world-class everywhere we show up.
What You’ll DoOwn the Visual Identity of Adaptive in the WildEvolve and extend Adaptive’s brand system across channels, surfaces, and formats.
Create and maintain a marketing design system that’s flexible, high-performing, and easy to scale.
Serve as the single point of accountability for every marketing design asset the company produces.
Collaborate with our Webflow developer and design team to lead the visual direction of AdaptiveSecurity.com.
Own layout, visual design, animation guidelines, and UI decisions for marketing pages.
Design static and animated banner ads in multiple sizes.
Lead creative for billboards, event booths, and office posters (including lenticular concepts).
Build a library of social banners and templates for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels.
Create visual systems for launches, case studies, product reveals, and executive announcements.
Render beautiful, up-to-date product screens and animations for use in marketing, video, and sales.
Build reusable libraries of product visuals and components.
Design and maintain Adaptive’s sales deck, pitch templates, and one-pagers.
Build a unified visual language across all sales documents, Highspot collateral, and presentation materials.
Audit and update our entire sales asset library in partnership with revenue and design teams.
You think in scalable templates and reusable modules—not one-off designs.
You’ve built or expanded a design system before and know how to balance consistency with creativity.
You bring the precision and quality of a product designer to every marketing asset.
You care about type, hierarchy, spacing, and pixel-perfection—whether it’s a billboard or a one-pager.
Figma is second nature. You know how to design with components, libraries, and grids.
Bonus if you’ve worked with motion tools like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie for lightweight animation.
You’re just as comfortable designing a lenticular poster or billboard as you are animating a launch graphic for LinkedIn.
You know how to scale visuals from high-res offline to mobile-first feeds without compromising impact.
You want full responsibility for how the brand shows up—no handoffs, no silos.
You don’t need constant direction. You get excited by a blank slide and a bold vision.
