OverviewQuadax, an award‑winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is growing its innovative greenfield development team and seeking a Lead Application Developer to help drive the next evolution of our products. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll guide architecture, mentor teammates, and build modern, high‑impact software.
What You’ll Do- Lead the design and development of modern, service‑oriented applications
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies
- Shape user stories through requirements analysis and estimation
- Establish and uphold architecture standards, design patterns, and coding practices
- Develop new services using C# and .NET Core
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and cross‑functional teams
- Mentor developers and help grow their technical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years architecting and building RESTful APIs and web applications
- Strong proficiency in C# and at least one modern JavaScript framework
- Deep knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and secure coding
- Experience with git-based version control and issue tracking tools
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- .NET Core, SQL Server, Visual Studio
- Azure / Azure DevOps
- Experience in Patient Access Management
