This role leads editing of complex content, ensuring quality and consistency. It mentors Editors, reviews challenging materials, and establishes effective approaches. The role drives high standards in content delivery taking greater ownership of tasks and projects, including deputising for Team Lead where necessary. This role collaborates with stakeholders across Cube, drives continuous improvement, and ensures professional execution aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and maintain accurate regulatory, technical, or editorial content aligned to CUBE standards.

Edit and structure content for clarity, consistency, and usability across products and formats.

Apply taxonomy and metadata standards to improve discoverability and downstream use.

Perform quality checks before publication, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across products and formats.

Manage deadlines and workloads to meet timeliness and quality expectations.

Review regulatory content for scope.

Assign work to team members.

Collaborate with stakeholders across CUBE to support content workflows and platform requirements.

Contribute to process improvements, including by leading projects, identifying gaps or inconsistencies in coverage and editorial processes and proposing possible solutions.

Contribute to maintenance of clear documentation of editorial guidelines, workflows, and quality checks.

Support urgent and ad-hoc client requests.

Support performance and development through training, regular feedback, coaching and mentoring.
