By integrating leading-edge sensors, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-driven analytics, LEXSO enables responses at the speed of sensing to protect critical infrastructure, bases of operations, and high-value assets worldwide.

Constellis is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to lead a team towards strengthening our platform delivery and ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling of LEXSO across government and commercial environments. In this role, you will have the ability to:

  • Maintain secure version control practices (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent).
  • Configure, maintain, and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
  • Represent DevOps Engineers in cross-team technical discussions with developers, data scientists, and sensor integration teams to accelerate feature delivery and ensure resilience in operational deployments.
  • Support compliance with DoD cybersecurity and cloud security standards where applicable.
  • Mentor DevOps Engineers and set development best practices
  • Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud engineering
  • 10 years of experience managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell

  • Experience using Git or equivalent version control systems
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and incident response workflows
  • Ability to attain a Secret Clearance
