Lead Full-Stack Engineer

Fintegral is building AI Agents for the lending and mortgage industry. Our platform focuses on automating high-friction, manual workflows performed by loan officers, processors, and lending teams—allowing institutions to operate more efficiently while improving speed, accuracy, and consistency across the loan lifecycle.

Fintegral’s AI Agents are designed to take on repetitive operational tasks, support decision-making, and streamline day-to-day execution for lending professionals. The product is built with scalability in mind and targets both independent operators and institutional lending teams.

Responsabilities:

• Own the technical vision, architecture, and execution of Fintegral’s AI Agent platform
• Design, build, and maintain production-grade software across core systems
• Actively contribute code and conduct thorough code reviews
• Lead product development from early pilots to paid customer deployments
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Establish engineering best practices around security, reliability, testing, and performance
• Make pragmatic build decisions balancing speed, quality, and technical debt
• Partner closely with founders on roadmap, prioritization, and delivery timelines
• Recruit, mentor, and lead engineers as the team grows
• Own infrastructure and deployment strategy to ensure system stability and scalability

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Demonstrated experience building or contributing to a monetized software product
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable, maintainable systems
• Experience writing and maintaining production-quality code
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in an early-stage startup environment

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience as a founding engineer, early technical hire, or technical lead
• Background in fintech, lending, or regulated industries
• Experience building AI-driven or automation-focused products
• Prior experience hiring, mentoring, or leading engineers
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices

Compensation: This role offers meaningful equity participation in place of salary at the pre-seed stage. (Salaries will be provided once we finalize our initial investment round, target Q1 of 26')
