About Suno

We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfillment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.

Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it’s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.

Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).

About the Role

Suno is looking to hire a communications leader to oversee our internal communications initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role will build both functions from the ground up – guiding how we share information, navigate change, sustain our unique culture, and attract exceptional talent as we grow.

You’ll partner directly with our C-suite and executive leadership team to shape how Suno tells our story internally, and how we show the outside world what it’s like to work here. This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundational role at a category-defining AI company, where music, creativity and culture are core to the product itself.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and lead Suno’s internal communications strategy, building both company-wide and tailored approaches for the C-suite and their organizations.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, helping leaders communicate with clarity, especially during moments of growth, change, and ambiguity.

  • Design and scale the moments that shape company culture, including all-hands meetings, offsites, and key internal touchpoints that foster creativity and trust.

  • Produce compelling, multi-channel storytelling that brings to life what it’s like to work at Suno across owned content, events, partnerships, earned media, and digital channels.

  • Partner closely with People, Talent and HRBPs to ensure organizational changes are articulated thoughtfully and effectively.

  • Establish feedback loops and measurement systems to understand what’s resonating – and continuously evolve how we communicate.

  • Stay ahead of relevant industry trends and shifts in consumption habits, bringing new ideas, formats and tools (including AI) to how we inform and inspire talent.

What You’ll Need
  • 10 years of experience in internal communications, ideally in high-growth or scaling tech environments;

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling instincts – you know how to make complex ideas clear, compelling and memorable;

  • Experience partnering closely with senior executives, with the judgment and presence to influence at the highest levels;

  • A builder mindset: you’re excited by 0→1 work and have a track record of creating programs, systems and narratives from scratch;

  • Fluency across communications formats: you can conceptualize short-form content and live programming as easily executive talking points and internal memos.

  • The ability to operate both strategically and tactically – you can set the vision and do the day-to-day work to execute against it;

  • Strong cross-functional instincts, with a proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals;

  • A deep understanding of how people consume information today – and how to meet them across channels;

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining high standards;

  • Curiosity about people and culture – you love to learn what motivates teams and use that insight to shape how and what we communicate.
