At Quantcast, we're redefining what's possible in digital advertising. As a global Demand Side Platform (DSP) powered by AI, we help marketers connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable results across the Open Web. Our foundation is built on cutting-edge measurement and consumer analytics, giving our clients the tools they need to drive success in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Since our start in 2006, we've pioneered industry firsts—from launching the original measurement platform for digital publishers to introducing the first AI-driven DSP. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that thrives on creating transformative solutions, Quantcast is the perfect place to grow your career.

As a Measurement & Insights Lead, you’ll act as a trusted advisor for our largest and most strategic clients, guiding their measurement strategies, translating complex data into compelling narratives, and establishing Quantcast as a thought leader in the measurement space. You will combine deep analytical expertise with an innate ability to communicate impactful insights, driving measurable success for our clients and contributing to the growth of our largest customers, and acquisition of new ones.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Account Partnership: Serve as the primary measurement expert and strategic partner for Quantcast's largest and most complex customers, helping them define, implement, and optimize their ad effectiveness through use of our advanced measurement suite.
  • Data Storytelling & Visualization: Lead the packaging and presentation of measurement insights, including brand lift studies and incrementality tests, transforming raw data into clear, actionable, and visually compelling stories that demonstrate campaign value and drive client investment.
  • Consultative Engagement: Engage directly with senior-level client stakeholders (e.g., Brand Managers, Media Directors, Analytics Leads) to understand their business objectives, challenge their assumptions, and provide expert recommendations on optimal measurement approaches.
  • Thought Leadership (Industry & Internal): External: Represent Quantcast at industry events, conferences, and client forums, sharing best practices, emerging trends, and Quantcast's unique perspective on the future of advertising measurement. Internal: Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist within our commercial organization, educating sales and client services teams on measurement capabilities and strategic insights.
  • Product & Capability Development: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams to provide crucial market feedback, influencing the development of Quantcast’s future measurement products, tools, and methodologies to meet evolving client needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Closely Partner with sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of measurement strategies and the delivery of high-quality insights with future revenue growth in mind.
  • Methodology Development: Contribute to the refinement and standardization of Quantcast's measurement methodologies, ensuring rigor, scalability, and relevance in a privacy-centric, cookieless advertising ecosystem.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital advertising measurement, analytics, or marketing science, ideally within an ad tech platform, agency, or major brand.
  • Deep expertise in various advertising measurement methodologies, including:
  • Brand Lift Studies (e.g., brand awareness, consideration, favorability)
  • Incrementality Testing (e.g., geo-lift, holdout panels)
  • Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) fundamentals.
  • Cross-channel measurement.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling narratives from data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Experience with SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel is a plus, along with dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Datorama).
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and evolving privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, cookieless solutions).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience.

The expected base salary range for this role is $152,500 - $177,200.
